Forest Value-Creation & Promotion Manager, Oji Holdings

Yuya Toyoshima manages the Oji Forest Value-Creation & Promotion Department within the Oji Management Office, a division of Oji Holdings. He currently heads the Forest Value Visualization Project, which aims to quantify and elevate the diverse values of forests—such as carbon sequestration, biodiversity, water resources, nutrient cycles, and soil health. He is passionate about reconciling industrial activity with nature conservation and believes sustainable forest management can play an important role in that regard.
