David Auerbach co-founded Sanergy, a pioneering social business that provides affordable, safe sanitation to residents of urban informal settlements in Africa.

He served as Deputy Chair for Poverty Alleviation at the Clinton Global Initiative. David began his career researching foreign policy at the Center for American Progress before teaching in central China for two years.

He holds numerous fellowships as well as an MBA from the MIT and a BA from Yale University.
