Kadir is an experienced impact capitalist who leads Sustainable Impact Capital & Holding (SICH), a firm that invests in and supports social entrepreneurs and funds committed to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and the Paris Agreement.

Kadir is a third-generation entrepreneur with experience in his family’s 40-year-old family office and expertise in ethical investing.

Kadir’s family office founded and invested in multiple companies in hospitality, real estate, construction, manufacturing, finance, and energy. He continued investing in startups across various industries and technologies around SDGs. He strongly focuses on sustainability, ethics, innovation and leverages his experience to create value and positive change for his portfolio companies, partners and stakeholders. He is passionate about supporting and empowering the next generation of leaders and changemakers who are solving the world's most pressing challenges.
