Fred Holt joined 3XN in 2010 and is currently heading 3XN Australia and overseeing a wide range of projects in the country, including the new Sydney Fish Market, a new academic building at UNSW, a commercial office tower in Melbourne, and 3XN’s projects in APAC, including a 650,000-square-foot office development in Fukuoka, Japan, now under construction.

Fred was design lead and partner-in-charge from competition through completion of Quay Quarter Tower. Fred received a Masters in Architecture from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design.
