David Mah is the Impact Officer at FAST-P Asia Pte Ltd, where he leads the development and implementation of the impact framework for Financing Asia’s Transition Partnership (FAST-P), a blended finance initiative launched by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

In this role, he ensures that FAST-P’s impact considerations are embedded into investment decision-making, portfolio monitoring, and reporting. 

David previously spent four years at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), where he served as an Assistant Director in the Sustainability Group. He worked on the development of sustainable finance markets and ecosystems, with a focus on transition finance, blended finance, sustainable bonds and loans, and nature-based solutions.

His work included contributing to the design and implementation of key policy initiatives such as the Singapore–Asia Taxonomy, ESG data infrastructure, and sustainable finance incentive and grant schemes, as well as working closely with industry and international partners to build capacity in climate adaptation, resilience, and energy transition financing.

David graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Earth Systems Science (Honours with Highest Distinction) and was awarded the Lee Kuan Yew Gold Medal.
